Frequently Asked Question
(FAQ)
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSONAL TRAINING AND CLASSES?
Personal training is for those people who are looking for a more personalised program to either get them started, maintain their fitness level or improve it through exercise progression.
My programs are designed around the level of fitness that every client has after having an assessment with them and we will work around 3 major components: stabilisation, strength & endurance, power.
Clients will be able to see the progression through a module I will keep updating after every session.
For women our training sessions will be also programmed following our hormonal phases.
WHERE WILL BE THE PERSONAL TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
Personal training can be in my clubhouse, at the gym of your preference or at home.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Nutritional informations will be given as part of our PT sessions, however if a proper plan needs to be done for weight loss then we will work on an individualised package with guidance, support and weekly check in with photos.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANY EQUIPMENT?
No equipment has to be prepared from your side, just bring along water and a towel!
I HAVE INJURY, CAN I DO TRAINING WITH YOU?
Anybody who has an injury or had a surgery in the past will need to share their info and medical release papers before we can proceed further. A physical assessment will be done to check the body condition before we start any program.
