As a trainer and a people person, my passion is to guide ladies towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My concept is to build a fun group class where everybody feels welcomed at every level, a comfortable environment with nobody judging or looking, a community with like-minded people, a place where I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Nutrition as a lifestyle

Nicoletta has been by my side since the beginning of my fitness journey in 2021. When I met her, I had no clear idea about fitness and nutrition, I was overweight and not feeling well in my own skin.
I started her PT/nutrition program in September 2021. For the nutrition part, Nico gave me detailed advice on how to eat healthier and better while tracking my macros and calories. She was available for me anytime when I needed advice or when I was struggling and we used to do a weekly catch-up to monitor that I was on the right track, which helped me a lot to be consistent in my efforts.
For the fitness part, I used to do a PT class with Nico once a week and in addition I also joined her GirlsFit workout twice a week. During the training class, Nico helped me to realise that I can actually push harder than I could ever imagine and overcome my limits.
In April 2022, after 7 months following Nico’s program, I reached my weight goal after having lost 18kg and we moved to the maintenance phase to stabilise my weight and maintain my healthy routine.
Nico has been my rock in this journey, she was the support I needed to take the right turn, kick off my fitness journey and create a better version of myself, she helped me to find the right balance, commitment and motivation to work hard and to be consistent in my efforts for a better health and shape! It has been a very long way for me, but thanks to Nico’s support I understood that consistency is the key to success.
Nowadays, even if I have now reached my goal, fitness and healthy habits are now part of my daily routine. Thanks to Nico I feel now very much confident in my body and it is the most rewarding and satisfying feeling ever! I fully recommend Nicoletta as a Personal Trainer, she is really passionate and has literally inspired, motivated and changed my life!
